Having started his radio career while still in high school at a local radio station in Melfort Saskatchewan writing commercials after school and on-air weekends, this veteran radio announcer comes to The Jewel with over 30 years of broadcasting experience.
Prior to working in radio Saul was a school instrumental music teacher and he still volunteers at several schools in town. Presently he conducts the Senior Jazz Band at Broadview Avenue Public School.
Saul is an avid golfer, reads several books a week and is a motivational speaker for many different groups in the area. Saul made approximately 130 personal appearances last year alone.
Saul and his wife Ginger have just recently celebrated their 25th anniversary. They have two sons: Phil and Matt and two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.

A Port Hope girl, Frances attended the University of Ottawa, and then Seneca College in Toronto for Broadcast Journalism.
After years of moving around to different cities, including Los Angeles and Calgary, she landed on an organic farm in Alberta.
It was there that 98.5 The Jewel came upon their latest star.

Frances is thrilled to be back in Canada's most beautiful city, and intends to make the most of the capital by participating in as many community events as she can.
